Amazing Amazon

Made a genuine enquiry via phone call regarding if they still had stock of a product I was after as it was sold out everywhere else but according to their online website they had stock as I live 2 hours away, I didn't want to drive there and be told it's out of stock.

So I called and one of their employees told me that they had stock to which I proceeded to ask the price and was quoted $50 more than what their website stated and so I asked why. I was rudely replied with "That's the price it is and if you don't like it then don't buy it" so I was like fine and then asked my final question, "Do you mind checking if the product has all it's parts as a couple other stores had missing parts". He said sure let me check and he just left the phone down on the counter and never came back. I was stupid enough to wait 20 minutes before I hung up. I took my business elsewhere and got what I was after for cheaper with exceptional customer service.

Will NEVER buy or visit this store based on this experience.
