Been using these guys for over six years. Always been loyal to my local trader. Then one day my filter cartridge needed to be replaced (housing cylinder). I called for a qoute but they were busy at the time so I called someone else near by. Got my quote from a different supplier that I'd never used and quoted $480 fitted.
Finally got a call back from cygnet and sent out a pool guy to check the obvious that I already had told them.
Quoted me a crazy $1100 fitted. I told him that I had another price that was half. Didn't care. Lost his sale. Told me that's the price. Called the owner and told him about my concern. Even after all the thousands of dollars I've spent there, Said that he'll get back to me. Never did. Won't be back ever again.
Spending my thousands somewhere else and getting more for my dollar.
