I am a business owner & deal with the general public everyday & am extremely happy to say that the effort all the team at the Glen Waverley store went to in completing my job was excellent. Every measure was taken to make me happy & satisfied. Nothing was too much effort. It was a big job & executed with care & attention to fine detail. The workmanship & quality was fantastic. If you value your time it's better to choose other curtain shops. I rescheduled measurement for my investment property after waiting for 10 business days. In the morning at 9:40am I called to the shop and make sure that the measurement was at 11am as I have to escape from work for two hrs to open the door for them. As a result I waited and waited and I was about to go then my phone rang , the lady said sorry because was busy in the shop that she couldn't come but it was 11:37 am I received phone call. And she said that she could come over now if I could wait for 15 minutes . By the time she arrives and measures , that would be another half and hours at least as there are four bedrooms and one study living room and dinning area all need to be measured. They should have organised and told me before hand . I guess they must have a prosperous business that they don't care. As a customer we do care our valuable time especially I am a business woman I can't afford to waste my time like this. No only to waste for waiting half and hour but also the long period of line up for measurement . And you have to think that now you will need to find another shop and schedule again.
